A config per token
When a creator launches on jup.ag/studio, Jupiter's Studio API builds a transaction that creates a fresh DBC config for that one token, with Jupiter as the config's fee claimer, plus the vanity mint and the pool. So two Studio tokens can look nothing alike: one may raise SOL to a small target with a 1% fee, another may be priced in USDC on Studio's Meme preset (a market cap path from about 5K to 75K USDC). The tool never assumes a preset; it decodes the config account of the token you load.
SOL curves direct, USDC and JUP curves through Jupiter
On a SOL-quoted curve each wallet swaps straight on the DBC pool, with Meteora's own swap math vendored into SOLTidy so quotes match the program to the lamport. Later wallets in a run are quoted on the reserves the earlier ones leave, both in the review and when bundled.
A curve quoted in USDC or JUP needs a conversion first, so those buys go through Jupiter's router, which swaps SOL into the quote token and buys on the curve inside one transaction. Graduated tokens also go through Jupiter, limited to Meteora's DAMM pools.
Graduation on Studio
A Studio curve graduates when it has raised the quote amount its config sets; the liquidity then moves into a Meteora DAMM v2 pool. A buy sent against a full curve fails in simulation, costing nothing, and the tool re-reads the token and carries on in the new pool.
Studio example with the run cap
Fifty wallets each spending 0.3 SOL on a SOL-quoted Studio token put 15 SOL into the curve. The config's 1% fee is inside the price; SOLTidy's 0.5% is 0.075 SOL. Add a second pass of 50 wallets in the same run and the total traded is 30 SOL: SOLTidy stops at 0.1 SOL, so the second pass pays only 0.025 SOL between them. Each new token account costs about 0.0015 SOL of rent, refundable.
Questions & answers
What fees apply to a Jupiter Studio mass buy?
The token's own curve fee (1% on Studio's default, part of it to the creator), SOLTidy's 0.5% of SOL spent up to 0.1 SOL per run, network fees and token account rent.
Can it buy a USDC-quoted Studio token with SOL?
Yes. Those buys are routed through Jupiter, which converts SOL to USDC and buys in the same transaction.
How does it know the token is from Studio?
Jupiter's token data labels each launch's launchpad. A token labelled for another launchpad is refused; a brand-new one not indexed yet loads with a note.
Can I launch a Studio token here too?
Yes, with the Jupiter Studio Token Launcher or the Bundle Launcher, which add a dev buy and buyer wallets.
Is the price the same for every wallet?
No. Each buy lifts the curve, and the review shows the whole run's impact.
