What completing the curve means
Every pump.fun coin starts with 793.1 million of its 1 billion tokens for sale on a bonding curve. The price follows a constant-product formula on virtual reserves of 30 SOL and 1.073 billion tokens, so each buy raises it. When the last of the 793.1 million is bought, about 85 SOL sits in the curve and the curve is complete: no more buys or sells happen on it, ever.
pump.fun then migrates the coin. Its migration transaction, sent by pump.fun and not part of your bundle, takes the SOL in the curve and the 206.9 million tokens held back, and opens a PumpSwap pool with them, usually within seconds. From then on the coin trades only on PumpSwap and through aggregators like Jupiter. You can keep trading it with pump.fun mass sell, which follows the coin to PumpSwap.
Graduating doesn't set the next price. The PumpSwap pool opens at about the curve's final price, and after that the price depends on who buys and sells. Coins often move sharply in both directions right after migration, so buy out a curve only with SOL you can afford to lose and for your own reasons.
How the buy-out is calculated and sent
The cost of the remaining tokens is exact at the moment the curve is read: the tool applies pump.fun's curve formula and fee schedule (the fee depends on the coin's market cap; about 1.25% near graduation as of November 2026). With several wallets, each buy is quoted on the curve the earlier buys leave, so later wallets pay a higher price per token. The last wallet buys whatever is left.
Each buy carries a maximum cost, your slippage setting. The last buy asks for slightly more tokens than remain and uses pump.fun's partial-fill option, so it stops exactly at the end of the curve even if someone sold tokens back into it before your bundle landed. If someone bought first instead, prices are higher; a buy that would exceed its cap fails and Jito drops the whole bundle.
Your connected wallet's buy goes in the first transaction. Pasted-key wallets follow, 3 per transaction, and the last transaction carries the Jito tip. Jito allows 5 transactions per bundle, so up to 13 wallets can share one buy-out. The pasted keys never leave your browser: they sign locally and are wiped right after.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Tokens left on the curve | 111.3 million (11.1% of supply) |
| SOL to buy them, pump.fun fee included | 33.14 SOL |
| of which pump.fun's fee | 0.41 SOL |
| SOLTidy fee (0.5% of the SOL spent) | 0.17 SOL |
| SOL in the curve after completion | about 85 SOL |
Costs, keys and what can go wrong
Each wallet pays its own share of the buys, pump.fun's fee inside it, SOLTidy's 0.5% fee, and about 0.003 SOL for its token account, pump.fun's volume account and the network fee if it has never traded the coin. The first wallet of the last transaction also pays the Jito tip. Fund wallets beforehand with the multisender and gather the tokens afterwards with the wallet consolidator.
A bundle doesn't land when the tip is too low for a busy network, when the price moves past your slippage, or when approval takes longer than about a minute and the blockhash expires. In every case nothing runs on chain and no SOL leaves any wallet; refresh and try again. If the curve completes before you send, the tool tells you the coin has graduated.
A buy-out is visible to everyone. The wallets that bought the last tokens show up in pump.fun's trades, Solscan and holder screeners, together with the share of supply they hold. Coins in pump.fun's mayhem mode and coins priced in a token other than SOL aren't supported.
Questions & answers
How much SOL does it take to graduate a pump.fun coin?
From launch, about 85 SOL has to go into the curve, plus pump.fun's trading fees. For a coin already partway along, it is the cost of the tokens left at the current price, which this tool shows exactly, for example about 33 SOL for a coin at 86%.
What happens right after the curve completes?
The curve closes and pump.fun's migration transaction moves the SOL and the reserved 206.9 million tokens into a PumpSwap pool, usually within seconds. All trading continues on PumpSwap.
What if someone trades before my bundle lands?
If they sold, more tokens are left and the last buy takes them up to its cap, still completing the curve. If they bought, prices rise; a buy that would cost more than its cap fails, Jito drops the whole bundle and nothing happens.
Can I split the buy-out across several wallets?
Yes, up to 13: your connected wallet plus 12 wallets whose keys you paste. Each wallet pays its own share, split equally or by free balance, and all buys land in one block.
Does completing the curve make the price go up?
Not necessarily. The PumpSwap pool opens at about the curve's final price; after that the market decides. Completing a curve is a purchase like any other, with the same risk.
