Fees in practice

Take 100 empty token accounts opened before Solana lowered rent, 0.00203928 SOL each or 0.2039 SOL in total. At CleanYourSOL's 20% you would keep about 0.1631 SOL. At SOLTidy's 5% you keep about 0.1937 SOL, about 0.03 SOL more.

CleanYourSOL's pages don't agree on fees: its About page says the tool was built with "no fees", while the FAQ in the app lists a 20% success-based fee. Check the amount your wallet shows before you sign.

Custody and safety

CleanYourSOL's terms say it never stores your private keys and that all operations run through client-side wallet connections, so you approve each transaction yourself. It also links its fee wallet on Solscan. SOLTidy works the same way: transactions are built in your browser, signed in your wallet, and the fee is a visible SOL transfer inside them.

What fee does CleanYourSOL charge?

The FAQ in its app lists a 20% success-based fee on recovered SOL. Its About page says "no fees", so the two pages disagree; the wallet prompt shows what is actually charged.
